PulseStats is research software. These Terms describe product access, billing surfaces when configured, usage limits, and research-only boundaries.
Acceptance Of Terms
These Terms apply to your access to and use of PulseStats. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Use PulseStats only if you can form a binding agreement and are permitted to use the service under laws that apply to you.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for your account credentials, activity under your account, and keeping account information accurate.
Permitted And Prohibited Use
- Use PulseStats for lawful crypto research, historical testing, and setup monitoring.
- Do not disrupt the service, bypass usage limits, share credentials inappropriately, or scrape the product in ways that harm service availability.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
- Do not present PulseStats output as guaranteed trading signals or personalized financial advice.
Research-Only Nature
- PulseStats is research software.
- PulseStats is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian, portfolio manager, or auto-trading platform.
- PulseStats does not place orders, manage funds, connect to exchange accounts for execution, or provide financial advice.
User-Created Strategies And Research Inputs
User-created strategies, settings, and research inputs are your responsibility. PulseStats stores and processes them only to operate the product, preserve research history, provide setup monitoring, and support related product workflows.
Historical Backtests And Optimizer Limitations
- Backtests are simulated historical research and may differ from real-world outcomes.
- Optimizer comparisons can overfit historical data and should be reviewed carefully.
- Market data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate.
- Fees, spreads, liquidity, slippage, execution timing, and outages may not be fully reflected in research outputs.
Third-Party Services
PulseStats relies on third-party service providers for hosting, authentication, database, billing when configured, optional consented analytics, and future email delivery. Provider availability and behavior may affect the service.
Free And Paid Plans, Billing, And Trials
- PulseStats may offer Free and PulseStats Pro plans with centralized usage limits.
- PulseStats Pro is displayed as CA$12/month in the current product configuration.
- PulseStats Pro may include a 30-day trial when billing is configured. A payment method is required, and billing begins after the trial unless canceled through the supported billing flow.
- PulseStats uses Stripe for checkout, payment processing, subscription administration, and billing portal flows.
- Subscription changes and cancellation are handled through the supported Stripe billing flow when billing is configured.
- No annual billing plan or published refund policy is currently displayed in the product.
Service Changes And Availability
PulseStats may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the service. PulseStats does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Intellectual Property And User Content
PulseStats and its product materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the product only as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of your research inputs, and you grant PulseStats the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, PulseStats may use it without obligation to you.
Suspension And Termination
PulseStats may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, prohibited use, non-payment where billing applies, or other conduct that threatens the service or other users.
Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability
PulseStats is provided for research purposes and is made available without guarantees about market outcomes, uninterrupted operation, or error-free data. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseStats limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages related to use of the service.
Responsibility For Misuse
You are responsible for your use of PulseStats and for complying with these Terms. If your misuse of the service causes claims or losses, you may be responsible for them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
A governing-law jurisdiction has not yet been configured for PulseStats. This section should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public launch.
